Can You Import MIDI File into GB iOS Or Not?

It seems Apple tech support doesn't know what a MIDI file is. After a long chat with support the instructions I got were for AUDIO files. And this, after asking TWICE if it was for MIDI file import. Either it can do it or it can't. I didn't think this was rocket science but NOWHERE does it say specifically either way in all of the Apple literature I've read. I'm looking for something like, "No you can not import MIDI files into GB for iOS." Or, "Yes, you can import a MIDI file into GB iOS and here is how." I'd have to say, I wouldn't be surprised if it is not possible, it would be dumb, but it would not surprise me. Anyone? Thanks in advance. 😍

Apple documentations usually tells you what can be done and how, but rarely, what cannot be done.

Since the documentation for GarageBand iOS does not explain how to import MIDI files, you can be sure, that it is not supported.

You can add songs from the Music app to a project using the Loop Browser. But it is not possible to import MIDI files to the Music.app.
